MERCHANDISE RETURNED:
Returns must be authorized and sent back prepaid. J. L. Matthews Co.
WILL NOT accept COLLECT shipments. Merchandise must be returned in new
condition. We can not issue credit on used material. When returning
material please furnish invoice number, date of purchase, and order
number. J. L. Matthews Co. Inc. will not accept material past 90 days of
original purchase date.
DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE:
Shipments damaged during transit should be reported to the carrier
for inspection. Do not discard the shipping carton as this is required
by the inspector. Any shipping or handling for damage or shortages must
be made in 15 days.
 PAYMENT:
Open account terms are available once credit has been established.
J. L. Matthews Co. will also accept Discover, Amex, MasterCard and Visa.

Manufacturer's Warranty |
|
"The Manufacturer warrants equipment manufactured by it to be
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and
service, its obligation under this warranty being limited to
replacing at its factory any part or parts which shall, within 30
days after delivery of such equipment to the original purchaser, be
returned to it and which its examination shall disclose to its
satisfaction to have been thus defective: this warranty being
expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and
all other obligations or liabilities on its part.”
